The main house is a large stone house, built in the typical Umbrian architectural design.
It is divided into four apartments: the two on the first floor are named Cielo (Sky) and Nuvole (Clouds) and share a nice terrace at the landing of the stone staircase; the two on the ground floor are named Sole (Sun) and Luna (Moon), have two nice private gardens.
In both cases the two apartments can be opened up into one, very large apartment.
Finally, the Bosco House (Forest House) is a separate private house on two floor which accomodate very well a family with two or three kids.
All the apartments have their independent free WI-FI and a television set with DVD player.
The Limonaia
The name means lemon greehouse because we built it thinking about using it to store our lemon trees in the winter.
It is a spacious room with huge glass windows (like a winter garden), dedicated to serving breakfast or some organized meals.
Beside it there is the laboratory kitchen where we prepare our products, our breakfasts and our tasting dinners as well.
It can be used to give cooking lessons upon request where you can learn how to prepare a typical umbrian recipe or how to make bread with the traditional method.
Nuvole Apartment
On the first floor of the main big house.
It has one big double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one living kitchen and a large living room with bedcouch for two. 80 sqm (720 sqfeet)
Sole Apartment
It is our biggest apt.
It has two bedrooms (one triple and a double), two bathrooms (one accessible for disabled people), a large dayroom and kitchen separated by a large arch, with fireplace and a door that leads to the garden area.
The living room has a bedcouch for two. 130 sq meters (1,170 sq feet).
Casa Bosco
It is an independent house on two floors with a small private garden on the ground level and a closed terrace on the first floor. It can be rented in full if you want to have total independence and a minimum of detachment from other guests, or you can rent one of the two apartments, which are separable and independent.
BOSCO GROUND FLOOR has a comfortable private garden of about 10 square meters. The space inside is a loft, with a double bedroom with fireplace, bathroom with shower (there is no bidet) and a very furnished and living kitchen.
BOSCO FIRST FLOOR is reachable by an external stone staircase that ends on a small terrace closed by a gate, convenient for having an outdoor space for the dog. The internal space has a double bedroom, a bedroom with sofa (also bed) and television and some accessories to be independent for breakfast and meals, a comfortable bathroom with shower and bidet, it does not have a kitchen.
Luna Apartment
It is our small apartment with one double bedroom with bathroom and a combination dayroom/kitchen which folds up into a lovely piece of wooden furniture.
In the living area there is a bed couch for one person.
At 50 sq meters (450 sq feet).
